Palm Seashore Chamber Songs Festival delivers Beethoven to hot summer time

Thirty several years in the past this month, 3 Palm Seaside County orchestral musicians stepped out onto Stage West at the Duncan Theatre in Lake Really worth and inaugurated a summer months series of chamber tunes.

Since all 3 — flutist Karen Fuller, clarinetist Michael Forte and bassoonist Michael Ellert — were being woodwind gamers, the pieces they selected for their Palm Beach Chamber Audio Pageant had been geared away from the string quartets that typically aspect prominently in these systems, and leaned instead towards a broader repertoire that enabled the team of performers they assembled, and their audiences, to learn fewer-known but really fulfilling new music.
