The 7th Once-a-year Southern Delaware Wine, Meals & Songs Competition took place on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Hopkins Heartland in Lewes.

“Despite the dooming climate forecast and the reality that practically all other occasions were canceled for the weekend, the event went on and was a big success,” organizers explained. “With extra attendees and distributors, and boosting more revenue for our local non-profits than at any time in advance of!”

Innovative Coastal Connections Corp, the firm that established and organizes the festival, donated $36,000 to Pathways to Achievement at the conclusion of 2022.
